STACEY'S MOM'S PIZZA

"Photo Coming Soon" STACEY'S MOM'S PIZZA INGREDIENTS 2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen bread dough, thawed 1 lb hamburger 1/2 onion, chopped fresh garlic,minced or garlic powder and pepper to taste 2 small cans mushrooms 1 jar pasta sauce 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded & divided 1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded non-stick cooking spray ( for thawing bread and pizza pan. PREP WORK *Follow thawing & rising instructions on bread bag. Approximately 2 hours. *Chop and Shred as needed *Crumble & Brown Hamburger. Drain then add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook just  until    onion is opaque. Add jar of sauce and simmer. *Saute mushrooms in butter; set aside. ASSEMBLY *Preheat Oven to 425 degrees (rack in middle of oven) *Into lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, press dough to form crust (if using only 1    loaf stretch & pull to fit pan.) *Bake 7 minutes . Aunt Gail's Holiday Yams 4 lbs yams cut into 1 inch pieces 2/3 cup packed golden brown sugar 5 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Pinch of ground ginger 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 Cup sliced almonds Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange yams in a 13 x 9 x 2" glass baking dish. Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ginger in heavy small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring up until sugar dissolves. Pour over yams. Toss to coat. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake potatoes for 50 minutes. Uncover. Bake until yams are tender and syrup thickens slightly basting occasionally about 20 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 500°. Top yams with marshmallows and nuts. Return to oven and bake and until marshmallows begin to melt and that's begin to brown, about three minutes.
