Mustard Ham Sauce


One of my favorite sauces at Christmas when we have Ham!

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar 
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/8 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
One egg beaten
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Beat egg and mix all ingredients together. Cook over low heat until thick.
