Our (Wing it) Chili Recipe
Ingredients

2 Cans Kidney Beans
2 Cans of Pinto Beans
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 Cans Ro-Tel Tomatoes
1 Can whole tomatoes
1 To 2 Cups of Beef Broth
2 Chopped Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Jalapeno diced
1 Large Onion Chopped
1/2 tsp. Mexican Oregano
1 Can diced Green Chilies
1.5 Lbs. Ground Beef  (We grind our own)
1 1/2-2 tsp. Cumin
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
Salt And Pepper To Taste
 
 
 


Instructions

Sauté 1/2 of the diced onions and green pepper in Olive oil and minced garlic until soft. Add these to pot.

Brown hamburger with the other 1/2 diced onions and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add this meat to the pot.

Add absolutely everything else to the pot. Adjust seasonings to taste. Chopped Jalapeno  can be added for more heat

Cook in a pot for a minimum of 2 hours on medium (Crock Pot can be used on High 2 hours or low for 4 hours).

Serve with shredded cheese, chopped raw onion, sour cream, crackers, etc.
