Teriyaki Chicken

(Freezer Meal)

Medium – Large Bag of Carrots
1 Large Red Onion (cut into large chunks)
2 Large Cans of Pineapple (Untrained)
4 Garlic Cloves
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce (I use Yoshida Sauce)

Split between 2 Zip Lock bags, seal, mix, lay flat, freeze

Directions for bags:
Add additional 1/4th cup of sauce to crock pot. Cook low 6-7 hours. Serve over hot rice.
