The Pioneer Woman's Corned Beef and Cabbage   Tom wanted Corn Beef roast this St Patties Day. So when I saw how simple The Pioneer Woman's recipe was I thought I would give it a shot. Tom and my Mother loved it. The photo's is my third roast. They love making sandwiches out of the meat. Also, it's so much better than the meat you get  from the deli . The deli meat is usually more money. You  cut the size slices you want and it goes way further too.   Tip: I have been getting 3-5 lb. roasts. They take at least 2-3 hours. you will need to keep checking it at the 1.5 mark. Just follow her directions and you will not be disappointed!   Ingredients 1 package Corned Beef Brisket (3-4 Pounds) 3 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper 1 head Green Cabbage (can Use 2 If You'd Like More) Olive Oil, For Searing 1/2 bottle Guinness, Or Any Beer 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tablespoons Sugar (optional) Preparation Instructions Prehe...
